Save a copy of your results

In Pepwell, open More → Export to Files. Choose your dates, the information to include and PDF, CSV or JSON. Preview your report, then use the share sheet and choose Save to Files.

Private notes are included only when you select them. Reports do not contain photos; export an individual photo from its own view. An exported report is a readable copy, not a backup you can import into Pepwell.

Purchases and subscriptions

Use Restore on the plan screen to recover eligible subscription access using the Apple account that purchased it. Optional Apple or Google sign-in inside Pepwell is separate from your App Store account.

To cancel, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pepwell. Deleting the app or your sign-in account does not cancel a subscription.

Where your records live

Your health records stay in the app on your iPhone. Pepwell does not provide automatic cloud backup or device-to-device sync. Restoring a purchase restores access, not deleted records. Export anything you want to keep before uninstalling the app or changing devices.

You can still read, correct, export and delete existing records after your subscription expires.

Delete records or an account

More → Delete this app’s data removes app-owned records. Optional sign-in has a separate Delete sign-in account action in account settings. Exported copies, Apple Health originals and Apple billing records are separate.

For a privacy request, email us using the address above. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account. We cannot retrieve health records held only on your device.
